There are no refunds on any services at all. If you do not like the service during the process or you are not satisfied with the end result please advise me immediately. I will be happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge if it is within 24 hours of being serviced. The problem must be a mistake that I made, not something you might have changed your mind  about after the service has been performed.

 For Styles expected to last 1 – 4 weeks (examples: Stitch Braids, Kids Braids and Beads, invisible locs )

• Absolutely no refund.

Styles expected to last 6 – 8 weeks (example: Box Braids,Knotless Braids, Goddess Braids, Passion Twists, Soft Locs etc)

• 1st week: I will repair at no charge as long as it is not due to you altering the service.

• 2nd-3rd week: I will repair at a moderate cost paid to me by you, depending on what is needed.

• 4th week and beyond: you will be charged the full price for a touch up service.

The customer has the right at any time to view the quality of my service. Please, ask for a mirror to view the front and back and request any changes before leaving your appointment.

 

Be advised your hair (scalp) may be sore from braids or cornrows for the first 3 days or 72 hours after it has been done. I would recommend not styling your hair for this time after getting it done. If pain persists, I advise you to use a warm wet towel over your braids for the heat to relax your braids and scalp 2-3 times a day. Another tip is to use essential oils such as peppermint, coconut oil or castor oil to massage your scalp for relief (please make sure you aren’t allergic to any oils). Blessed Looks LLC is not responsible for these effects, if you feel your braids are tight while I do them, please inform me because the refund policy come into full effect as soon as you step out of the salon/home.

 

People have different reactions to ‘fake’ hair (extensions) used. I use EBIN Braid Formula & Shine N Jam for all of my braids. If you do not want these products used on your hair please tell me before I start your hair. If this is your first time getting braids, twists or locs, please note Blessed Looks will NOT be responsible for any reactions & you will NOT be refunded. If you choose to take out your hair early for whatever reason, I am not responsible and will not provide a removal service unless paid to do so.
